Proposed travel dates, number of guests and enquiry details;
Newsletter subscription details; and
Technical website-use information collected through cookies and Google Analytics.

How we use it
We use this information to:

Respond to enquiries and assist with reservations;
Provide lodge services;
Send marketing emails where you have subscribed;
Understand and improve website performance; and
Meet legal and operational requirements.

Who receives it
Website enquiries are handled by Safaris & Retreats, Shimungwe’s reservations and sales partner. Online bookings are completed through NightsBridge. Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Mailchimp, and the website is hosted by Springnest.

We do not sell your personal information.
